However, during their outing the two are ambushed by monsters and Kako is abducted and taken away to a mysterious world. Mirai ventures after her, not yet realizing just how long this journey will take… It will take more than one attempt for Mirai to save Kako. Mirai might not have enough time on the first attempt. And with every failed attempt, time will pass and Mirai and the worlds she visits will change. Follow Mirai through the different phases of her life.
