After suffering defeat in battle, she loses consciousness, then awakens inside the Hakurei Shrine with no memory of recent events. With Marisa Kirisame's help, guide Reimu through dozens of dungeons to save Gensokyo from the torment of an unknown enemy. Rebuild the sacred shrine to its former glory while unveiling clues explaining its destruction.  Rebuild the Hakurei Shrine!
